Stephen and Fionnuala travel to Amsterdam for European Reminiscence Network (ERN) Conference 2023

Stephen and Fionnuala (c21’s part-time company manager) travelled to Amsterdam at the start of October 2023 to take part in the ERN.  They shared c21’s recent work on reminiscence and unique creative approaches, with 8 other countries from across Europe.

The three day event included many different talks and discussions enabling the c21 duo to bring home some inspiring stories and thoughts that can potentially be included in our current programme.  Fionnuala played two songs that were inspired by her recent work with care settings and also talked about her own practice.  Stephen spoke about c21’s ‘Through the Glass’ project that happened during Lockdown in 2020.

Some excellent connections were made and thoughts are already on the next ERN meeting!
